GAMING

SLIPPER

For this game, I replicated the 2d, 8-bit like structure game developers would have in old-timey games. The story of the game follows a little boy caught slacking off from schoolwork while his mother berates him with – her main weapon – slippers, and other objects. While I don’t have the code down exactly, all of the assets are separated from each other and able to be used as objects in game. Likewise, the ultimate goal of the game is for you, the little boy, to dodge the objects thrown at you to gain more points.

ELEMENTAL ROGUE GAME

In this game, you, the player, are given multiple elements to choose from.

In a world taken over by the epidemic of a zombie virus, our protagonist finds him/herself in quite a pickle. However, the meteor that struck the earth containing such vile parasites proved to be helpful to a select few, a league of hunters with fighters possessing elemental abilities beyond human imagination.

It seems cliché, but Fire, Water, Nature, and Earth seem to have been the only elements found to be exhibited by this gifted handful.

SNAKE GAME

In this game, my teammates and I tried to recreate a version of the snake game, where you, the player, continuously move around trying to eat apples.

I was commissioned to draw snake assets, thinking the game was going to be more of a flat-design-like picture. However, for some reason, the code was too hard for them to replicate, so they settled on making the individual segments of the snake simple blocks. Below are the pictures I have for my assets.
